Yes, I've heard that as well, but putting malware on your system as well will help. I've been using a company that is out of the USA called Tek to us. Their number is 1800-516-7989. They have a monthly charge of $29.00 per month for unlimited tek support for all devices to include Cell phones. They also have a good backup service that they can help with. They know about screen readers. Talk to Jay, and tell them James Malone referred you, this is if your interested. They also have yearly plans as well. They will remove viruses as well. James
