Hi Marius, Thank you very much for this tip as it works great! I also discovered that since I have a hotkey for launching Skype, now that I have Skype removed from the Alt+tab order as you have described, when a call comes through all I need do is press my Skype hotkey to make the Skype screen appear. Another press of Alt+F4 and Skype is once again out of the way. Very nice!
