thanks not sure what jaws she’s using think she’s using 14 which means she’s in
trouble if she wants new windows. also when the new windows is ready on this
machine will I have to do anything with the skype I have on here? I did just
update it. would I hve to update any scripts.

She needs to install the scripts. Look at the bottom of every message to get
the link and give that to her. Screen sharing i don't think will be accessible.
On that page is a note explaining what windows and jaws each set of scripts
supports.

accessibility? she did say someone else installed her skype for her. she’s not
