have heard freedom scientific’s FS cast also there is another issue with 10
you’d better use custome install because if you use express you not only will
say yes to edgie, but you will also give them the keys to the kingdom privacy
wise. so use custome install and be sure to turn off things like error
reporting. the privacy policy has dozens of pages and a lot of if’s ands and
buts in the form of fine print. this is according to kim komando’s daily news
items.

When you are screen sharing,a sighted person can see your skype, and make
changes. so, yes, it is similar to tandeming.
If you haven’t read the freedom scientific stuff, ken, be careful with windows
ten as jaws isn’t yet compatible with the browser and in-built email client.
There is a way to set a your browser to something other than edge, and i’d be
happy to email the steps or the link to fs, to anyone who requires them.

yeah using it now jaws is only a demo. it is jaws when the computer starts but
switch to NVDA when jaws times out my skype works well with both but I’m using
16 jaws and I did get the update in advance of windows 10. mine isn’t ready
yet.

You might have to update both jaws and sthe scripts. If you don't feel
comfortable doing that, start learningn nvda. Of corse this list won't help
you but I heard it works quite well with skype.

She needs to install the scripts. Look at the bottom of every message to get
the link and give that to her. Screen sharing i don't think will be accessible.
On that page is a note explaining what windows and jaws each set of scripts
supports.

accessibility? she did say someone else installed her skype for her. she’s not
