The mail command is really simple...
[email protected] is the address, and write the
following in the subject or message body (I normally use the second one):
set authenticate <password>
set delivery off
The first command means you will have to use "set authenticate" (without
the quotes), followed by your subscription password.
For re-enabling e-mail similar to above, but the second command will be:
set delivery on
