My bad, as they say; I didn't read your error log carefully enough because I was multitasking.
The error you are getting is almost always caused by a copy of the shared default.jsb/jss being placed in the user folder. This is usually because you at one time compiled default.jss with the Script Manager. The solution is to delete those two files from the user folder, not the shared one, and run the installer again. If you hand-modified default.jss before, you'll have to reapply your changes to the small version of the file created by the script installer.
