My apologies for being such a novice at this. But, where in the world do I
find that "user" folder. I am using windows 7; with JAWS 16; and I went to
start, all programs, jaws and could not find it. Lol, I feel like I am
getting closer to resolving this issue but yet still I am far away. Thanks
in advance for any info you can give me to finding the user folder to delete
the correct files.

My bad, as they say; I didn't read your error log carefully enough because I
was multitasking.
The error you are getting is almost always caused by a copy of the shared
default.jsb/jss being placed in the user folder. This is usually because you
at one time compiled default.jss with the Script Manager. The solution is to
delete those two files from the user folder, not the shared one, and run the
installer again.
If you hand-modified default.jss before, you'll have to reapply your changes
to the small version of the file created by the script installer.
