Hello Michael.
In JAWS 16.0 under that menu you should hear "closed" or something
similar, press the right arrow and then go down till you hear "Explore
my settings". As Doug stated earlier, be sure to use "Explore my
settings," *not* "explore Shared settings"; that's a very important
distinction! If you choose Explore shared settings instead, and you
delete default.jsb as in boy, you will have an unusable JAWS and you'll
have to reinstall it.
