OK, that makes more sense. So what I'm hearing is: it hasn't broken content yet, but at some future time it will. My original points were: It sounded like the whole map tile issue was a surprise, and there's apparently no official remedy. The more that scripting interfaces and behaviors can be formalized, the fewer nasty surprises there will be, and the longer we'll retain resident content creators who can update their products to track architectural changes, as opposed to content creators who quit in frustration leaving behind orphaned content that will *never* be fixed when interfaces and behaviors change. The stronger the available scripting languages are, the fewer stupid scripting hacks will find their way into content. Like all the tomfoolery around list manipulation. _______________________________________________ Policies and (un)subscribe information available here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/SLDev Please read the policies before posting to keep unmoderated posting privileges
