as you can imagine, the note that the source will be removed and the license will be changed gets my attention. Can you elaborate what is going to happen?
As you are probably aware, we are a big user of your JCR-RI, with Magnolia having surpassed 15000 downloads. May I assume that the JCR-RI remains open source?
Thanks a lot - Boris

Open points at license conversion:
1) Many files under ./proposals/wvcm and proposals/jcrri have not copyright message attached at all. Are they somehow special since they are related to the JCP? Otherwise which year should be used for the copyright?
the code under proposals/jcrri/src/javax/jcr represents an (outdated) version of the jcr (java content repository) api (jsr 170), which has recently passed community review but is not publicly disclosed yet. i will commit a new ri implementation incl. a more recent jcr api sometime next week. the javax.jcr.* will be put in a jcr.jar and the source files will be removed from the slide cvs.
btw: jsr 170 (tck, ri, spec) will be released under a license written by roy.
