Not always IMHO, we might have (mini-)scripts which come from configuration properties, and in testing it might be a pain to have to create a Resource just to evaluate a script. I don't have a strong opinion on this though, if there are good reasons to make Script a Resource I'd be fine with that. -Bertrand
