Yes, but is this really an organization that could be considered to
be a society. I suspect not, which is not to say that I do not value
the work being done. This sounds more like a job/office type thing
(even if staffed by volunteers), as opposed to a "club" type of thing.
A society is somewhere in between a club and an office. closer to a club
that has been given a formal structure.
