Perhaps. Are you using the beta (secure) versions of Majordomo or the
current 1.94 incsecure ones?
Also, it isn't OpenSource - which is why none of the distributions are
incorporating (AFAIK) the fix into Majordomo.
The thing is with Majordomo it doesn't do much well except
remail. Thus you can get good archivers, digesters and mail
re-ordering programs to `fix-up' what it lacks.
