Hi all,

I've been scouring the net for info regarding backup units, what to
get that'll be compatible with Linux (and NT), and what's the best
bang for my client's buck... I had the annoying unfortune to buy a
floppy-based backup unit that was incompatible with NT for another
client a while ago (pathetic research I know, but they moved to
Linux not long after anyway).

All I can really find in regards to SCSI backup is "most backup
units will work" barring a few listed models. This sounds slightly
too good to be true... ;)

Does anyone know of a good place to begin research, or have a fave
drive they'd like to recommend? (not that backup units are the most
religiously advocated items of hardware!)

Thanks - Jeff
