Well I guess anyone can ping Parliament House.
Some people even camp outside of it ;-)
Seriously though I think if your log files start filling with complaints
about something trying to access ports on a regular basis, you may have
grounds for complaint.
>From what others are saying, a portscan once a month does not sound like a
big deal, though.
