Well, I've got a plain-jane IntelliEye which works quite nicely. Of course,
I got the boxed one which means it's shiny and grimy and yukky, but hey.
The geek who sometimes sits at the desk next to mine, who's slacking off
tonight, has an Intellimouse Explorer (the dark grey mucle-man mouse).
There's no arguing a mouse with a flaming bum.
As long as you can get used to a mouse with no balls (boom, boom), you'll be
right. The Explorer version is better weighted than the normal one.
It has five buttons, which can come in handy, and for those interested in
getting it to work in various versions of X:
