hi all i am thinking of setting up a linux box as the server to take ofver WINSE ICS.. this is no prob with O@H dhcp on one end and a local lan dhcp server on eth1 this is fine and i can pass on the internet to other pc's; the problem comes when my dad and CO come in with their laptops. one laptop is set up to log onto novell the other is the default vanila NT logon (does this sound right i havent seen it) the question is how can both these laptops plug into my hub and both gain net acess without changing any settings on the laptops... is this possible or are there some problems with doing this... btw both laptops run lose98. thanks in advance... alex -- SLUG - Sydney Linux Users Group Mailing List - http://www.slug.org.au To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe in the text
