Basically you just plug this baby into your HR system (staff database) and
bamm, it produces live Org charts (HTML, Netscape plugin or Active X,
complete with links to go and down levels, summary info like Head Counts,
FTE's, Staff salaries, budgets etc etc etc. This save ALOT of time, and in
our situation pays for itself many times over.
