Interesting... I had the same happen for the first time
just two days ago.
I attribute it to HTML 4.0 (excessive Javascripting)
content on a web page. NS often loses the plot with DHTML ;^(

Look through the menus, i.e.
ALT-Q Quit
ALT-W Close Window
ALT-N New Nav
Hey ... anyone know how to simply bring up the first
menu (File) with a single keystroke, so you can nav through
the menus with the arrow keys? X is sadly lacking in this area.
