Thanks for the reply.
I do not have any database table on the serve, this is a clean
installation/upgrade. I checked the /var/, did not find "postgres". I just
read the README, on ver 6.5, the database is stored uder directory
/var/lib/pgsql/, but on ver 7.0, the datas are stored under
/var/lib/pgsql/data. -- Should I manually move the data from /pgsql/ to
/pgsql/data/ ?
There are other files under the /var/lib/pgsql:
pg_database pg_geqo_sample pg_group pg_hda.conf pg_log pg_pwd pg_shadow
pg_variable
What should I do with the above files ?
