My recollection is that HDSL is only available in the CBD in 4 exchanges.
Haymarket, Kent St, two-others-i-can-never-remember, but not Glebe. This
info is a little stale, going back maybe 4 months. Since the adsl rollout
this might have changed (in which case you'd go for adsl i guess) but you
could check availability on telstra.com.au/adsl
