Telstra has very precise exchange boundaries. They also don't like
publicising where these boundaries were.
With Qld Main Roads, it often makes a difference in pricing for our
dedicated lines to Traffic Lights which corner of the intersection we place
the box on as you pay for the distance between exchanges. Trying to get
Telstra to tell us where the boundaries were so we could make decisions on
where we wanted to install the lines was like pulling teeth.
Of course, asking them for quotes from each of the four corners got them
around to our way of thinking after a while...
