yep Dazza beat me to it. An onramp30 gives you a 2Mb stream.
Also, why not tell your telstra sales rep what speed you want
and let them work out how they can get it to you?
For DDS/FrameRelay/2Mb links etc you're talking decent bikkies
so they should be interested enough to work out a solution for you.
You could also check out other telcos, eg. Optus, Pacific, Primus
etc. Maybe HDSL or PAPL if you can't get cable or ADSL.
