To do an entire Pearls? They were scared away a few months ago - I can't see

That I would *love* to see happen. Very cool, but I just don't think people
have the time, nor interest in doing it.

Aye, and I've received a fair few "Where have you gone, are you dead?"
emails too. :D

Zack got bored with the Debian and Samba Kernel Cousins a while back, and
started documenting a group-authored method. Anyone can choose a thread and
summarise it (as long as no one has posted to it for three days), and it
will be added to the final publication. A release manager deals with how
much is enough, and when each one should be published.

The tools are still a little clunky, but they work.

I hadn't got around to convincing myself that people wanted to be involved,
but then Rodos and Thom popped up and offered to help out. Looks like we can
finally bring Pearls back - without ruining anyone's weekends! ;)
