G'day all,
I am a bit confused about this,
I have not been able to find anything to alleviate my confusion and hope someone
out there has had a similar problem somwhere along the line :)
I have squid set up to use Telstra's cache as a
parent and use a redirector to zap advertisments.
Also pwebstats runs to produce some html stats on
squid.
However it looks to me like the squid access logs
do not take the redirector into account and therefore do not produce accurate
data (for the purposes of amount of data downloaded).
Does anyone know if this is true?
If so is there a way to make the logs more
accurate? (passing the logs themselves through
the redirector somehow and then ignoring appropriate lines seems a bit
painful)
