That just wouldn't happen. Just consider what it would do to the whole
volunteer movement throughout the world in all areas of human
philanthropy, pro bono advocacy movements, installfests, etc. It would
mean that even M$ couldn't give their products away, which they do under
some circumstances at the moment.
