I am familair with how they behave, but they might reason that it would be
expensive in the short term, but in the long term it would kill free
software dead, if it was legally enforceable. Plus they would probably try
and weasel out of most of the claims anyway, as they do now.
Then again, it would require microsoft to think beyond the end of the next
finacial quater to do it, so maybe not.
