I'm sure there are others, but I've had terrific experience
with Zeta Internet (formerly Kralizec) over the last four or
five years. (http://www.zeta.org.au/) I haven't had much direct
contact with them (everything still just works) since they
became part of Pacific Internet, but if you look at their web
pages, you'll still find setup and configuration info for Linux
(alongside the Windows and Mac stuff of course). They still
even have shell accounts.
