I've ordered from http://www.eyo.com.au/ numerous times (numerous probably adding up to over the five-digit-figure mark), and http://www.auspcmarket.com.au/ as well. I've been _very_ happy with those two vendors. You might also like to check out the 'What/Where Should I Buy?' forum at http://forums.overclockers.com.au/ (you'll need to register, but it's worth it). They have a gigantic list of on-line vendors. > I'm also wondering about a backup device - DAT drives and media are big $$, > previously I've just burnt CD's... any better ideas? Yeah, I'm investigating this as well, and the best thing I can suggest is just buying some hard drives. I use a 40GB 5400rpm IDE Seagate as my backup drive (they're about $220 or something these days), and I'm thinking of getting another one along with an IDE hotswap. I'd love to get a tape drive, but I think I'd prefer to buy a small Queensland township for the price of the ones which I'm interested in. -- #ozone/algorithm <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> - trust.in.love.to.save -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
