Where you using windows boot disk with memory management on it.

Some boards have a jumper that will reset the bios to default or you may
have to remove the battery for an hour. Some bios have a bit of hard code
that is unerasable and will allow you to boot when jumped.

If corrupted you may be able to get hold of a bios from a similar
motherboard boot your machine to dos and swap chips while on. Reboot and
swap chips again while on then reflash the bios.

Or grab a new board.
