I'm using iHug, they seem pretty good so far (swapped over about a weekago).

They have a 24.95 prepay plan (4 months up front) that allows you unlimited
download, unlimited time online with a POSSIBLE 3 hour session limit.  The
limit is only imposed if their systems reach 90% capacity and immediate
reconnect is available. (I've been connected for a couple of days at a time)
