I had huge problems with Kooee internet in Newcastle who incidently
were iprimus resellers as well. The pop was swamped and at times I
couldn't even ping the proxy server. Playing with lower MTU's helped a lot
but still wasn't satisfactory. The dialup was always going to be temporary
until I got ADSL but it was so bad I got another 'temporary' telstra
dialup. Now I finally got the ADSL and have reduced my plan to the
1Gb/month limit. I used about 350Mb last month at home, mainly because I
hardly use the service but when I do I haven't got time to stuff around
waiting.
