Hi Bob I'm in Blue Haven south of you what seems to be the go on the Central Coast, is to put fiber in from the nearest exchange to new areas so if your unlucky enough to be on one of those you are limited to 28800, 31200 if the wind is in the right direction. (and no possibility of ADSL). but 2-3 minutes does seem v. excessive. By the way I was with Terrigal net (Nobbys by another name) they seemed fairly clued up but as I transferred to their unlimited plan they changed me over to HotKey (a Primus pop) and the problems began.
