Um, no.  No no no no no.  And no.
It is programmed to do those things in Windows.  It won't run at all
under Linux.  Not to mention the fact that evolution as an MTA is much
better behaved than Outlook.  It doesn't execute javascript, it sends in
plaintext by default, and it definately wouldn't be affected by poorly
implemented MIME routines that automagically execute attachments. 
Methinks you have no virus.

Check your distro docs to find out how to start up in text mode (without
gdm) and try logging in and running startx at the console.  That will
probably also fail, but it'll leave error messages on the console that
we can work with.
