I work at home typically 9-12pm. Woody aka unstable seems to update about 11:00pm and I get missing packages about then. Especially Monday because all the updates appear to happen on the weekend probably because this is when people have time to get things uploaded and checked. When I have problems updating I wait a while or few hours or next day depending upon the size of the update required.
