You have a number of options:
        - (multiple) CD-Rs
        - (many?) DVD-Rs
        - triple mirroring
        I'm assuming you are mirroing their data, setup a third mirror of it
        and break that third mirror periodically and move it off site. You'll
        need something which allows drives to be hot-pluged.

        You'll need to realise that there is a high probability of disk failure
        with whatever is doing the triple mirror (taken off-site). Drives, I've
        found, dislike being moved often. I'm not aware of hotplug IDE drives
        so you'll also be looking at SCSI.
