Rather than doing that for every other page you ever browse, try this
instead... open Edit->Preferences->Appearance->Fonts in Mozilla.
Reasonably recent builds will have a small option there labelled
"Minimum font size" -- set it to something nice like 12 or 14, rather
than "None".

Voila!  No more need for Ctrl-+ on pages with ridiculously small fonts
-- they're automatically fixed, all the time.  Galeon has a similar
option somewhere too.  It's nice to be able to change the font sizes
easily.  It's even nicer to not need to :)
