yes I was just reading on the SPEWS website (I think it was) last night that telstra haven't submitted their adsl IP ranges for the dialup block lists. The comment (from SPEWS) was along the lines of "oh well all their IPs will be RBL'd soon enough when a spammer finds some luser with an open relay".
