And telstra has now implemented a scalable uptime discount policy. Ie if
ADSL is down 0-1% of the time you get X% discount on your monthly adsl
bill, if it down 2-6% of the time you get a bigger discount and so on
which I am looking forward to cos it has been a bit the past few weeks and
I really enjoyed my 3 months free last year!
