I have found that the BIOS ID "magic number" 99.9% of the time _does_
identify the MB uniquely enough to find exact jumper positions and meanings.
Provided it turns out to be a manufacturer that still exists and has a web
presense, you can usually find the manual online. Good starting points are;

http://www.wimsbios.com/
http://www.sysopt.com/mboard.html

If someones desperate, I could probably do the search for them provided they
give me the BIOS ID. I'd only charge $50/board, no find, no fee :-)
