Try netconfig.  That should at least work for your primary NIC.

OTOH you could hack /etc/sysconfig/network, /etc/sysctl.conf,
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth[0-9]

In either case be sure to then run /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart
