There is a third way, Banks spend a fortune on marketing themselves as
being friendly and easy to contact (sic). There is now a website 
http://www.starnix.com/banks-n-browsers.html on this web site you will
find details of banks in 32 countries.(yes even Australia) read the
notice on the web page and if you have any info on banks not on the
chart or if the chart is in error email the info ASAP.

Just ignoring them and walking out the door wont work banks are
basically an image driven industry, and if you can find a flaw in that
image and make it public, then they will either sit there looking stupid
or change, the later is cheaper as they spend over AU$20-200 million on
their image per year.
