The drivers I've seen are the part open source drivers as found
(eventually from the previous URL I sent).

Sure - mine does.

It is an Aciontec mini-PCI internal combination winmodem (Lucent based)
and ethernet (EtherExpress 10/100) that came with my Dell laptop.
