It is automatically available to other users (assuming it was meant to be). You only need to install it from the root account.
Install postfix for this or struggle with the (probably) allready installed sendmail.
2: I am using Apache to test cgi scripts and need to set up a mail server. Does Apache have mail server capabilities and how do I add new users to it, or do I need a separate mail server to do this?
