I have a problem with 'passwd' crashing with 'Segmentation fault': # passwd voytek Changing password for user voytek. New password: (data fseek failed): Invalid argument Segmentation fault
BUT, if I use 'webmin', I can alter passwords OK. does anyone know: does 'webmin' uses a different tool that 'passwd' to alter passwords ? is there any reason why I shouldn't try re-installing 'passwd' with rpm ??
