yes:

# su voytek
$ passwd
Changing password for user voytek.
Changing password for voytek
(current) UNIX password:
New password:
(data fseek failed): Invalid argument
Segmentation fault
$


I've already removed and reinstalled  'passwd-0.67-1.i386.rpm' though it
doesn't seem to have done that much for me...
