I gave up warning some time ago. No modern virus I know of doesn't forge, and when you track down the sending ISP (and sometimes the sender themselves) you'll get either an auto-ACK, nothing, or a stream of abuse at accusing them of having a virus. If they cared, they wouldn't have caught it in the first place.
