this is not an anwser to what you've asked, sorry, but: I am a long time Palm handheld user, but I don't really 'sync it' as much as I just back it up to the PC, I've decided I prefer to use the handheld as the 'primary' device, as, in most cases, it's significantly simpler/quicker to pull out the Palm out of my pocket rather than walk to the PC. (as it is, I needed to set up a windoze sync, as some of the apps I use only run in windoze 'conduits') nonetheless, there are a variety of Palm synch tools like 'pilot-link', from my limited experience, they sync with several Linux desktop apps (also, fwiw, I'm just trying out the latest Palm, with 4GB hard drive. not sure if it really suits me, though.) -- Voytek -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
