I have Perths, so those may or may not help, but
Have you got tzap from linuxtv-tools ?
I used tzap, got all the channel info, fed it into mythtv-0.18 and set the
advanced->transports to each channel freq, then did a scan on any one
(I used Ten 219500000) and got the whole bang shoot.
