Sounds like an antenna issue... my topfield pvr can pickup all digital
streams, and so can my Twinhan Mini Ter PCI DVB cards. Of course all
these operate from the same signal antenna with a booster to supply
enough signal strength to all rooms in the house.
OK, good and thanks. I'll get good Antennae service. I had this Antennae
serviced by a company before.

getting Ubuntu and the Twinhan Mini Ter cards going on breezy out of
the box.

Although I'm using FC5, I'd look into this.
Looks like the remotes can even be used with lirc, but I will try that
tonight. As I got some info on how to do it.
I was able to get lirc to work on the older version before. Now it's 3
versions
newer and my remote does not work. I'll get to it later.
Also, these Twinhan Mini Ter pci cards have been seen @ $65 AU as of
now..
Does Twinham has hardware decoders like Hauppage 350 ? I'll get myself
Avermedia DVB-T but if Twinham has, maybe I'll try it first. Avermedia
cost around $140.
